About Mike 

Mike Horan is a seasoned recruiting professional with a diverse track record of success spanning the healthcare and financial technology sectors. As the Owner of PJH Consulting Inc., Mike specializes in connecting skilled professionals with rewarding opportunities in school settings.

Through comprehensive client needs assessments, thorough credential verification, and a relationship-driven approach, Mike ensures that each placement aligns with the unique needs of educational institutions—helping enhance student support services and outcomes.

Before focusing on school-based therapy recruitment, Mike led high-impact searches within the global quantitative trading and technology industries. He worked closely with leading proprietary trading firms and quantitative hedge funds, successfully completing hundreds of placements across quantitative research, algorithmic trading, software engineering, and machine learning.

About Priscilla

Priscilla Zuckerberg is a nationally certified and Florida state-licensed Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Buffalo State University. She also completed a Bilingual Education Extension Certification through the Exceptional Education Department, focusing on research and current trends in bilingual inclusive education and the continuum of services and skills needed to support English Language Learners/Multilingual Learners (ELLs/MLLs), with and without disabilities.

Priscilla brings extensive expertise in diagnostic evaluations, treatment, and case management for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of developmental and acquired disorders. Her experience working with diverse populations uniquely positions her to strengthen our recruitment processes and service quality, ensuring that we connect educational institutions with highly qualified therapists who make a meaningful impact.
